Due to limited depth-of-field of digital single-lens reflex cameras, the scene content within a limited distance from the imaging plane remains in focus while other objects closer to or further away from the point of focus appear as blurred (out-of-focus) in the image. Multi-Focus Image Fusion can be used to reconstruct a fully focused image from two or more partially focused images of the same scene. In this paper, a new Fuzzy Based Hybrid Focus Measure (FBHFM) for multi-focus image fusion has been proposed. Optimal block size is very critical step for multi-focus image fusion. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm has been used to find optimal size of the block of the images for extraction of focus measure features. After finding optimal blocks, three focus measures Sum of Modified Laplacian, Gray Level Variance and Contrast Visibility has been extracted and combined these focus measures by using intelligent fuzzy technique. Fuzzy based hybrid intelligent focus values were estimated using contrast visibility measure to generate focused image. Different sets of multi-focus images have been used in detailed experimentation and compared the results with state-of-the-art existing techniques such as Genetic Algorithm (GA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Laplacian Pyramid discrete wavelet transform (DWT), and aDWT for image fusion. It has been found that proposed method performs well as compare to existing methods.

Nano-structured arrays are engineered to meet the requirements of a variety of applications such as microfilters, sensors, and structural interface due to their unique mechanical characteristics, which cannot be achieved by conventional solid materials. However, it is hard to evaluate the elastic properties of nano-structured arrays owing to the discrete structure, sample size, and availability of suitable techniques. To facilitate this, we develop an advanced three-dimensional microscale vibration testing process. In the test, a specially designed three-dimensional microspecimen with tuned mass is excited by a piezoelectric actuator, and the resonance frequencies are detected by a laser device successfully. The anisotropic elastic moduli of nano-structured array composed of helical nano-springs are identified from a single spectrum. This array shows so strong characteristic anisotropy that the solid one hardly can attain. The microscale testing technique can be extended to other materials and microstructures.  相似文献

In this paper, a robust controller for a Six Degrees of Freedom (6 DOF) coaxial octorotor helicopter control is proposed in presence of actuator faults. Radial Base Function Neural Network (RBFNN), Fuzzy Logic Control approach (FLC) and Sliding Mode Control (SMC) technique are used to design a controller, named Fault Tolerant Control (FTC), for each subsystem of the octorotor helicopter. The proposed FTC scheme allows avoiding difficult modeling, attenuating the chattering effect of the SMC, reducing the rules number of the fuzzy controller, and guaranteeing the stability and the robustness of the system. The simulation results show that the proposed FTC can greatly alleviate the chattering effect, good tracking in presence of actuator faults.  相似文献

Z型变截面折叠机翼作为一种可变体机翼结构,不同的折叠角对机翼稳定性有着重要的影响,因此研究不同折叠角度下的特性参数对机翼动态稳定性有着重要的意义.本文首先设计加工了Z型变截面可折叠机翼结构的实验模型,通过建立与实验模型相匹配的有限元模型,仿真得到不同折叠角度下机翼的前5阶固有频率和振型,针对不同折叠角度下机翼的固有特性,通过扫频实验得到机翼前5阶固有频率和模态振型,以及横向外激励作用下三段翼的频响曲线,对比分析有限元仿真与实验结果,验证结果的可靠性,这将对机翼结构设计以及特性参数的选取提供参考依据.  相似文献

A new continuous‐time model for long‐term scheduling of a gas engine power plant with parallel units is presented. Gas engines are shut down according to a regular maintenance plan that limits the number of hours spent online. To minimize salary expenditure with skilled labor, a single maintenance team is considered which is unavailable during certain periods of time. Other challenging constraints involve constant minimum and variable maximum power demands. The objective is to maximize the revenue from electricity sales assuming seasonal variations in electricity pricing by reducing idle times and shutdowns in high‐tariff periods. By first developing a generalized disjunctive programming model and then applying both big‐M and hull reformulation techniques, we reduce the burden of finding the appropriate set of mixed‐integer linear constraints. Through the solution of a real‐life problem, we show that the proposed formulations are very efficient computationally, while gaining valuable insights about the system. © 2014 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 60: 2083–2097, 2014  相似文献

Chemical reactions catalyzed by DNAzymes offer a route to programmable modification of biomolecules for therapeutic purposes. To this end, we have developed a new type of catalytic DNA‐based logic gates in which DNAzyme catalysis is controlled via toehold‐mediated strand displacement reactions. We refer to these as DNAzyme displacement gates. The use of toeholds to guide input binding provides a favorable pathway for input recognition, and the innate catalytic activity of DNAzymes allows amplification of nanomolar input concentrations. We demonstrate detection of arbitrary input sequences by rational introduction of mismatched bases into inhibitor strands. Furthermore, we illustrate the applicability of DNAzyme displacement to compute logic functions involving multiple logic gates. This work will enable sophisticated logical control of a range of biochemical modifications, with applications in pathogen detection and autonomous theranostics.  相似文献

依托新红岩隧道工程,探究了隧道典型爆破地震波与砌体低阶与高阶模态之间的关系,研究了不同工况爆破振动下砌体结构不同构件上的应力响应。砌体结构局部构件上的内力响应远比位移响应要显著,并且与质点的振速约成正比。在峰值振速相同条件下,当隧道爆破振动主频较高时,引起建筑物高阶局部模态下的动力反应,竖向振动引起的结构局部构件上的应力较大;反之,爆破振动主频较低,引起建筑物的低阶整体模态的动力反应,水平振动(结构弱轴方向)引起结构局部构件上的应力较大。砌体结构上的门角、窗角等应力集中部位最容易受损开裂,其次是在峰值振速较高时,局部振动较大的女儿墙、中隔墙等部位及砖墙与混凝土接触的部位也可能受损开裂。  相似文献

In this paper, the effectiveness of the fuzzy sliding mode control strategy on three‐dimensional benchmark building with smart base isolation under seismic excitation has been examined. One of the appropriate control theories for such this nonlinear system is the sliding mode control theory; discontinuous sliding mode theory has weakness such as chattering phenomena. In this paper, we used a combination of fuzzy logic and sliding mode theory for the deletion of this defect. The proposed control theory has been scrutinized by applying on lately developed nonlinear three‐dimensional base‐isolated benchmark building. This building because of the three‐dimensional nature, coalescing of lateral and torsional responses, continuity of responses of the superstructure, and base is modeled with three degrees of freedom on every floor. In this building eight actuators assigned only at the base level and in the two directions (x, y). In other words, 16 actuators are located underneath the structure. Furthermore, the base isolation system has been modeled by considering lateral coupled equations for a better examination of the performance of the system. The results indicate that reduction of control performance is remarkable. Also, utilizing proposed control theory can decrease the responses of building in two main directions and, particularly, in the rotational degree of freedom.  相似文献
